Overview

The Valley of Flower National Park lies in the Himalaya range of the Chamoli district in Uttrakhand. It is a magnificent park that is 3600 meters above sea level. The Valley of Flowers is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is home to more than 600 different kinds of flowers.May to October is the finest season to go to the Valley of Flowers. There are also grey langurs, flying squirrels, Himalayan weasels, black bears, red foxes, lime butterflies, snow leopards, and Himalayan monals, among other animals, that live in this valley.

Tour Plan

Day 1: Haridwar - Govindghat {290 km /9 hours}

In the morning, the driver will pick you up from your hotel or the train station and take you to Govindghat via Rishikesh, Devprayag, and other places. When you get to Govindghat, check into your accommodation and rest. Eat dinner and spend the night at the hotel.

Day 2: Govindghat - Pulna – Ghangharia {3 km + 10km Trek / 7 hours}

Wake up early and get ready to go to Ghangharia through Pulna. The last 3 miles of the vehicle route to the Valley of Flowers is Pulna. Now begin your walk from Pulna to Ghangaria along the Laxman Ganga River. You will see and enjoy the plants and animals (flora and fauna) that live in the area during the journey. When you get to Ghangaria, check into the hotel, set up camp for the night, and have dinner.

Day 3: Ghangaria-Valley Of Flower - Ghangharia{6 km trek each side / 4 hours}

Get ready to go to the Valley of Flowers (a UNESCO World Heritage Site) early this morning.To go inside the Valley of Flowers, go to the checkpoint. The Uttrakhand Government has set the price of tickets at 150/- per person. You will cross the historic bridge over the Pushpawati River and begin your hike through a magnificent valley when you acquire your entry pass. After walking 2 km, you'll reach the U-shaped valley. After another 1 km of walking, you'll be in the wild flower world. There are more than 500 kinds of flowers to see here. Spend one to three hours exploring the valley, then walk back down to Ghangharia before 4 p.m. Dinner and a night at the hotel.

Day 4: Ghangharia – Govindghat {10 km down trek /5 hours}

Get up early, get breakfast, check out of the hotel, and then walk down to Pulna village. Our driver will meet you here and take you to Govindghat. Explore the market in the evening, then have dinner and spend the night in Govindghat.

Day 5: Govindghat – Haridwar {290km /9 hours}

Get up in the morning, eat breakfast, and leave the motel. Drive to Haridwar, where the driver will drop you off at your hotel, the train station, or another place you choose to go.
