Tour Plan :
Day 1: Delhi – Haridwar (200kms/5hrs)
From Delhi airport we pick you up and drive straight to Haridwar. You will get a sightseeing tour of Haridwar ending with evening Ganga Aarti at Har ki Pauri if time permits.
Overnight at hotel in Haridwar
Interesting sites to visit in Haridwar are Chandi Devi temple and Manssa Devi temple.
Day 2: Haridwar – Rishikesh – Sitapur/Rampur (225km/8hr)
We drive to Devprayag first passing Rudraprayag afterwards and moving alongside the Alaknanda river and then the Mandakini river we finally reach Sitapur/Rampur.
Overnight at Sitapur/Rampur.
Day 3: Sitapur/Rampur – Sonprayag – Kedarnath (02km by road and 22km trekking 8-12hrs)
By Helicopter: Report at Guptkashi/Phata/Sirsi helipad at the agreed upon time to board the flight to Kedarnath. Flying time is 15 minutes. After Darshan at Kedarnath check in to hotel for overnight stay.
By Trekking: We start early at 3am and drive 02km to Sonprayag. From Sonprayag we take shared jeeps to Gaurikund. If you enjoy trekking you can do the 22km journey and enjoy the invigorating climb. On arrival at Kedarnath check in to hotel. Darshan and evening Aarti at temple.
Day 4: Kedarnath – Sonprayag – Sitapur/Rampur (22km trek/02km by road /10-12hrs)
After an early morning darshan we depart for Gaurikund. Travel by shared jeep to Sonprayag followed by drive back to hotel in Sitapur. (pilgrims taking the helicopter need to report to the helipad at Phata/Guptkashi for return flight).
Places to visit here are Triyuginarayan temple located 13km off the road in Sonprayag and temple located 13km off the road in Sitapur.
Day 5: Sitapur/Rampur – Haridwar (230km/7hr drive)
We leave for Haridwar after breakfast.
After breakfast we head for Rishikesh. The entire day is there for you to explore are Rudraprayag confluence, Dhari Devi temple, Devprayag confluence. Other attractions in Rishikesh are. Ramjhula and Lakshmanjhula, Jankisetu. Watch Ganga Aarti in the evening at Parmarth Niketan.
Other attractions in Rishikesh are, Swarg Ashram, Gita Bhavan and Sivanand Ashram.
Day 6: Haridwar – Delhi (230km/6hr drive)
After breakfast we checkout from hotel and head for the Airport/train station.
