Atithi Tour Services

1. Booking Policy
All bookings are confirmed only after receiving an advance payment (generally 20–30% of the total package cost). The balance payment must be cleared before the start of the tour. Failure to make payment on time may result in cancellation without refund of advance.

2. Payment Methods

We accept UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and Bank Transfers.
Cash payments are accepted only in INR at our Haridwar office.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

30 days before departure – 80% refund of advance.
15–29 days before departure – 50% refund of advance.
7–14 days before departure – 25% refund of advance.
Less than 7 days / No Show – No refund.
Refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days after written cancellation.

4. Tour Cost Inclusions & Exclusions

Inclusions are clearly mentioned in the package (transport, accommodation, meals, permits, etc.).
Anything not listed is considered an exclusion and payable by the traveler.

5. Itinerary Changes

The company reserves the right to modify routes, hotels, or activities due to weather, road conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.
Alternative arrangements of equal or higher value will be provided where possible.

6. Responsibilities of Travelers

Travelers must carry valid ID proofs at all times.
Any damage to hotels, vehicles, or property will be borne by the traveler.
Travelers are responsible for personal safety, belongings, and medical needs.

7. Liability Disclaimer

Atithi Tour Services acts as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other vendors.
We are not liable for delays, accidents, natural calamities, strikes, or government restrictions beyond our control.

8. Travel Insurance

Travel insurance is not included in the package unless specified.
We recommend purchasing personal travel insurance to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, or loss of belongings.

9. Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to Haridwar, Uttarakhand jurisdiction only.
