1. Cancellation by the Traveler
30 days or more before departure – 80% of the advance amount will be refunded.
15–29 days before departure – 50% of the advance amount will be refunded.
7–14 days before departure – 25% of the advance amount will be refunded.
Less than 7 days before departure / No Show – No refund will be provided.
👉 Note: Advance booking amounts are non‑refundable if the client cancels within 7 days of the tour start date.
If the company cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances (natural calamities, strikes, road closures, government restrictions, etc.), the client will be offered:
A full refund of the amount paid OR
An option to reschedule/adjust the tour for future dates.
Cancellation of specific services like hotels or transport within the package will follow the respective vendor’s policy.
In case of non‑refundable bookings made with third‑party vendors, no refund will be processed.
Refunds (if applicable) will be initiated within 7–14 working days from the date of written cancellation request.
Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment used during booking.
Early check‑outs or unused services during the tour are non‑refundable.
Any government permits, entry tickets, or passes once issued are strictly non‑refundable.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover losses due to last‑minute cancellations, medical emergencies, or travel interruptions.
